Benjamin Makanjuola, the CEO of Winock Lending, has over two decades of expertise in the finance industry. He is a certified Microfinance Certified Banker (MCB) and Certified National Accountant (CNA). He possesses extensive experience in strategic planning, microfinance operations, and regulatory compliance.
Oluwayemisi Adetuwo is a Chartered Accountant certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Ilorin. She brings over 12 years of professional experience across Accounting, Finance, Internal Audit, and resource optimization.
Rebecca Anointed, LL.B, BL, is a seasoned legal professional with over a decade of experience. She graduated with a Second-Class Upper Division in Law from Benue State University and the Nigerian Law School, where she was called to the Bar. She is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN). Rebecca specializes in corporate governance and regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on promoting operational transparency and legal integrity within organizations.
Hukwunonso Iyashere is the Group Head of Human Resources at Winock Holdings. She has a Master’s in International Human Resource Management from the University of the West of Scotland and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources – International (SPHRi) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Nigeria. With experience at Primera Africa Group Ltd, she specializes in Strategic HR Support, Talent Management, and Policy Development, focusing on initiatives that enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.
